Review: THE VIETNAM READER by Walter Capps

Matt’s Book Blog recently read and reviewed The Vietnam Reader by Walter Capps for the challenge.  Here’s a snippet:

“Walter Capps collects 36 articles by writers that are examining the war’s individual and social impact on our lives in the United States. Politicians, generals, and their justifications take only about a quarter of the book. Thankfully, veterans, nurses, Vietnamese refugees in the US and mothers and kids of men killed in action provide the remaining portion.”
