Review: THE LAST CONFEDERATE BATTLE by John Cline

Reviews by Molly recently read and reviewed The Last Confederate Battle by John Cline for the U.S. Civil War Reading Challenge.  Here’s an excerpt:

Reading Andy’s story, along with his 2 brothers, Dwayne and Emmett, was very interesting. From the start, the reader can feel Andy’s turmoil with returning home from war, after being a prisoner of war, only to find that his wife and child suffered a most horrible death. The conflict of the brothers deciding between fighting and pursuing their other interests was amazingly written. Along with this, the detail of brother fighting brother, North fighting South, this novel was both complex and vivid.
