Review: RISE TO REBELLION by Jeff Shaara

Scrappy Cat recently read and reviewed Rise to Rebellion by Jeff Shaara for the American Revolution Reading Challenge in 2013.  Here’s an excerpt:

It is the first book of a two book series, and tells of the build up to the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  It begins with the first bloodshed in Boston in March, 1770, and continues through the summer of 1776.  While it is a historical novel, it is different from most historical novels I’ve read in the past.
